What is Digital TV?
The word 'digital' simply refers to the way a TV Signal is broadcast and received by homes in Australia. Currently Australia broadcasts both Analog and Digital Signal. The Analog signal will be phased out starting June 2010. The
main benefit of digital TV is the improved reception, and better picture & sound quality. You will also be able to receive more TV Channels and view TV in widescreen.
